Aker Contracting Russia as – Arkutun Dagi Gbs Project (Gravity Base Structure)

ULO systems was contracted by VOSCF (joint venture between Van Oord Offshore B.V. and Sovcomflot) for the structural grouting of Sakhalin-1 Arkutun-Dagi, a gravity base structure (GBS), which is located offshore Sakhalin Island on the east coast of Russia.

ULO utilized its flagship mixer RJM.001 & high output grout pump to mix & grout 6100 m3 of grout (comprising of cement, sodium silicate & seawater) in a continuous 72 hour period.
