What is your vision for your business unit and how will you execute it?
I embark on a journey to create a future for the company where we are quality and HSE driven. Giving our best to satisfy the customers and hence leading to customer retention. I plan on complying to all the policies laid out by the certifications and making sure they are followed through.

How do you lead through change?
I adapt to changes really quickly and often delighted to lead the change. My sole rule to lead through change will be clear the roadblocks as quickly as possible so as to get on with the next step.

Who are your role models or mentor?

My role model is my mother. Her don’t give up outlook to all her crisis in her life has led me to believe that nothing is impossible if you persevere.

How has the journey with the organization been so far? Tell us about some memories that stand out.
It was very nurturing and the team has been really supportive and educational.

What message would you like to give all the employees in the organization?
Let’s all together work towards making substantial progress into the future.

Do things in a way, that even your enemies, have no choice but to clap.

I love watching movies and reading.

I would try my hand at writing fiction books.
