What is your vision for your business unit and how will you execute it?
Taking my role into consideration, my vision is to provide the company with the required products or services at an optimum cost and on time to meet the project schedules. For the proper execution, I would conduct market study to ensure right quality and commercial terms are obtained which would benefit the company.
How do you lead through change?
Change is inevitable and every change should be taken on as a new challenge. Progressing through positivity and giving my sincere best in whatever I do is my path so change wouldn’t be a matter of botheration.
Who are your role models or mentor?
I don’t have one person as a role model but have been inspired by few qualities or characters in few. One among them is Colonel Sanders, who have portrayed that age is just a number and you can turn around to start new at any point of time. I have also met a few people in day to day life who has taught that smart work with dedication leads one through the right path.
How has the journey with the organization been so far? Tell us about some memories that stand out.
Even though it’s just been 2 months since I joined; the team mates are very warm and welcoming that I never got a chance to feel like a new member. Especially the special days/festivals being celebrated unanimously by everyone with all vigor helps with team building as well. Celebrations of Indian Independence Day and Onam were two occasions which will be added as few of the best memories in my book of life.
What message would you like to give all the employees in the organization?
Have fun, work had and success will follow. Our work fills a large part of our life; hence love what you do to attain great work.

Combinations of Positivity, Prioritization, Respect, Focus and most importantly Desire.

We have all seen the professional Ms. Jissa Mary George. How would you describe yourself when you are with friends and family?
I am a jovial person and enjoy get together with friends. I maintain few really close people who I could depend on at all times. If you had to ask them, they would state that I’ve been loyal to them and standing by their side even in difficult times.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
I am interested in art and crafts, so I usually do spend some time on that. However, recently most of my time is occupied in playing with my tiny munchkin and keeping her engaged with interesting activities.
What are you passionate about?
Reading – fiction and crime stories are my cup of tea. Sherlock Holmes is one of my preferred series in which “The Hound of Baskervilles” being a personal favourite.
If you had to choose an alternative career, what would you be/ do?
I would have chosen being a pilot as I love flying and adventure. Being a pilot requires courage and would increase our focus which would be a good thing to experience. Besides it would help me travel and explore new places; a world tour has always been on my wish list.
