1. What is your vision for your business unit and how will you execute it?
Leading Procurement for my business unit, I aim to enhance stable profitability through strategic sourcing, use advance system integrations for better productivity, establish efficient process & long term business relationship with suppliers for sustainable growth.

2. How do you lead through change?
It is imperative to be a ‘change capable leader’. It’s a process. I start with clear communication to the team by creating the urgency & collaborate to convince them why the change is necessary.

I share positive experiences, advantages & the value addition which the change can bring in & set the right direction for the team.

3. How has the journey with the organization been so far? Tell us about some memories that stand out.
Been couple of months since I joined. It’s been an overwhelming experience with the support I have received from colleagues while settling down.

The position provides me lot of opportunities to use & enhance my skill sets and can thus positively contribute towards the business unit objectives.

4. What is your recipe for success?
I am a firm believer of the process. I like to keep things simple, set & achieve small milestones in line with the end vision. In the end, it is my passion that I rub on to my colleagues to ensure success in every aspect of work.

1. We have all seen the professional Mr. Abhisek. How would you describe yourself when you are with your friends or family?
I enjoy the camaraderie with my close friends & family. We talk, create memories, have fun & frolic, travel, experience the nature & try new cuisines. It is this personal time that refuels my mind into shaping my thoughts for the road ahead.

2. What do you like to do when you are not working?
I engage myself with multiple extra-curricular activities specifically music & cricket. Being trained into classical music, I spend my time having light jam music sessions & the weekend gives me an adrenaline rush while playing cricket. These activities have helped me to mould my personality.

3. What are you passionate about?
I am really passionate about music & cricket. It helps me in a lot of ways to be confident, creative, handle stress & provide relaxation.

4. If you had to choose an alternative career, what would you be/ do?
I would be a vocalist. I am trained in Hindustani classical music & Tabla (percussionist) and have performed at various platforms. It is a great way of expressing emotions.
