RJM1: The RJM1 comprises of a grout mixer that produces grout slurries of high density and accuracy. During mixing, a non-radioactive densitometer is used to measure grout density. A delivery pump with built-in grout averaging tank is supplied on separate skid. The mixer also incorporates a surge tank for handling the bulk cement/silo grout. The equipment is designed for assembly on the work vessel and is capable of pumping grout from a considerable distance.

Pan Mixer: It is a skid comprising of two rotating paddle forced action pan mixers, together with water metering tanks and control panels. A High-Pressure Pump is located beneath the module. The grout will be mixed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, using a predetermined freshwater/grout ratio to ensure proper activation of the constituent materials. It is suitable for grout material supplied in jumbo bags.

HCP: It is designed to complement ULOs RJM1 mixer. The pump has 100% back-up built into the skid.

100MT Silos: These are DNV 2.7-3 certified silos with CE markings and can store grout ranging from Ordinary Portland Cement to Ultra High Strength Grouts. ULO also has silos of smaller capacities, such as, 28MT, 40MT and 50MT, to learn more to about our silos please feel free to contact us.

Double shaft mixer: ULOs Double Shaft Mixer and Cavity Pump produces cement slurries of high density and consistency. The mixing action is by rotation by means of a shear action caused by an electric motor driving a star shaped impeller, vigorously mixing the material forcing the material around the outside of the drum to force the air out and to achieve a dense fluid.

Lifting frame: The Mattress lifting frames are used for the installation of the articulating concrete mattresses. Based on the size of the mattresses, ULO can provide lifting frames with SWL of 25 MT and 50 MT. The lifting frames are equipped with both diver & ROV release mechanisms. ULO can also provide frames capable of lifting up to 3 mattresses at a time.
